according toAccording to the relevant deployment of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council and the 'Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China' and other laws and regulations, the relevant matters after the new type of coronavirus infection 'Class B and B Control' and are no longer included in the management of quarantine infectious diseases are announced as follows:

1. From January 8, 2023, nucleic acid testing for all entry personnel will be cancelled, and all entry personnel must declare to the customs the results of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entry.Customs will release entry personnel with normal health declarations and no abnormalities in the routine quarantine at the port to enter the community; for entry personnel with abnormal health declarations or symptoms such as fever, they will be classified and disposed of according to the screening situation.
2. Relevant provinces (autonomous regions) promote the orderly and steady resumption of cargo and passenger transport at border ports according to procedures.
3. From January 8, 2023, all imported cold chain food and non-cold chain items will be cancelled, such as nucleic acid monitoring and testing measures for the new coronavirus at the port link.
