In order to further improve the registration work of customs declaration units and facilitate enterprises to handle customs declaration units' registration business, starting from August 20, 2025 , the customs will enable the new version of the 'Certificate of Customs Declaration Unit Filing' and at the same time activate the electronic seal function. The new version of the 'Certificate of Customs Declaration Unit' will automatically stamp the special electronic seal for filing, and generate a QR code for enterprises to scan and query public information.


In order to give everyone a more intuitive understanding of the printing process of the new version of 'Certificate of Registration of Customs Declaration Unit', the following editor will introduce the specific methods through illustrations.


1. Print independently


(1) Login'China International Trade Single Window' Print


Enterprises log in through username, password or card media'China International Trade Single Window' (https://www.singlewindow.cn).


Click 'All Applications'—'Port Law Enforcement Application'—'Company Management'—'Company Qualifications'. As shown in the figure below:

Click 'Qualification Registration'—'Certificate Management'—'Registration Certificate' and then click 'Confirm'. As shown in the figure below:

After clicking 'Confirm' and wait for the system feedback, then clicking 'Download' to obtain the new version of 'Customs Declaration Unit Filing Certificate'.

(2) Or log in'Internet + Customs' to print


Enterprises log in through username, password or card media'Internet + Customs' (https://online.customs.gov.cn/).


Click 'I want to do'—'Enterprise management and audit'—'Import and export consignee filing' (customs declaration company selects 'customs declaration company filing').

Click 'Qualification Registration'—'Certificate Management'—'Registration Certificate' and then click 'Confirm'.

After clicking 'Confirm' and wait for the system feedback, then clicking 'Download' to obtain the new version of 'Customs Declaration Unit Filing Certificate'.
